The song features fast-rising artistes, Buju and was released on May 7 through Mavin Records. Popularly known as Ladipoe, Eso shook the music world by quickly climbing to the top 100 list in less than a week after its release.
This isn’t the first time Ladipoe has accomplished this feat. His single “know you” featuring Simi, released in 2020, also quickly climbed to the top 100 on the Apple Music list.
The release of know you sparked a Tiktok challenge around the world, giving the song all the attention it deserved. Couples used TikTok to create romantic videos that suited the song’s lyrics by acting out a romantic moment.

When an Apple Music user watches your music video for more than 30 seconds, these video views are also registered.
