When you install new apps on the Apple Watch, they automatically clump together in the watch icon organization between native apps and new ones downloaded from the App Store by iPhone.
As a result, there is a good chance that the automatic arrangement of icons will not be as functional as possible or the one that makes the most sense to you. That’s because the clock icon – which leads to your Apple Watch’s current display – will always be the central and focal point of icon organization.
This way, all new installed app icons will huddle around the center, but you may prefer to reposition the apps you use most often in your day to day so that they are in a more central position, next to clock icon.
Learn how to customize the organization of application icons installed on your Apple Watch:
Step 1: in the Watch app on the iPhone, go to “App Viewing”.
Step 2: on the next screen, enter “Organization”.
Step 3: the screen will open with the current arrangement of application icons installed on your Apple Watch.
Step 4: click and hold the click on the icon of any app you want to move to reorder in the app organization.
Step 5: press and hold your finger on the screen while moving the icon in question among other apps.
Step 6: release the click when you want to place this icon in a new position in the app organization – remembering that the center of the organization will always be the clock icon, which leads to the current face of your Apple Watch.
Step 7: redo the process as many times as you like, moving as many other icons as you like, and customize the entire arrangement of icons for the apps installed on your Apple Watch.
