Legendary actor, Brad Pitt has just scored a big win in his ongoing legal battle with ex-wife, Angelina Jolie.
The Oscar winner has won equal custody of his children with Jolie, following a drawn-out court battle. The legal tussle between the once happy couple has been ongoing for five years.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are parents to six kids, 19-year-old Maddox, 17-year-old Pax, 16-year-old Zahara, 14-year-old Shiloh, and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
Judge John Ouderkirk made his thoughts on the case clear earlier today in the ruling after months of witness testimony. The testimony includes notes from child services professionals who interviewed the kids and others who have been around the family.
A source close to the issue called it a “tentative decision” adding that Jolie plans to continue her legal fight.
“Joint custody is not the issue that Angelina objects to, there were other issues of concern, but the court proceedings are closed and sealed. There was a safety order surrounding the previous custody arrangements, that is public, and the kids schedule has been set under the jurisdiction of the division of family services for over three years”. The source also added.
