Ariana Grande announced her engagement to Dalton Gomez in December of 2020— managing to add some happy news to what was just a no-good, really bad year. Since then, we don’t often catch a glimpse of Dalton on Grande’s social media, but on Saturday, she shared rare photos of her fiancé in a tribute to him on her grid.
“!!! my heart my person !!! thank u so much for being u,” she wrote.
She also shared a couple of cozy photos like this:

Grande confirmed her relationship with Gomez in her “Stuck With You” music video last May. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a source told People that Gomez was one of the members of Grande’s quarantine crew.
In late March, the source told the magazine that Grande had “been with the same group of people for days.” The source added: “One of the people she is with right now is Dalton—they have been hanging out for a couple of months. Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton.”
Grande has spoken about her reasons to keep her love life more private. When Florence Pugh posted a video to defend her relationship with Zach Braff, who is 21 years her senior, Grande reposted the video to her Instagram Story with a personal note.
“Sharing special, personal life things that make u happy on the internet can be truly traumatic,” Grande said. “I know I’ve taken a step back from doing so to protect my loved ones and myself but I just wanted to share this and let u know how perfectly u expressed this and how appreciated u are for doing so @florencepugh.”
