“The Role Was Too Tough”- MTU Student, Basto Reveals Encountered Challenges During Uni’s Convo’ Play

Fiola Joshua popularly known as Basto is a student of Mountain Top Uni. who took the central role in the play 1930. His character was one of the centerpieces in the play (He Played the character of Joseph Ayo-Babalola). This stage drama was written and directed by Mr. Taofeek Olatunbosun J. a lecturer at Mountain Top University.

During an interview with the cast (Basto), he enunciated the challenges encountered. He further explains that “the role was too tough” for him to handle.

In this exclusive interview, he explicates that at some point, he experienced the character’s effect on his personality. He further said he started “calling prayer points” something he would not usually do.
